FABRIC SOFTENER MAKING

Procedure to make 14 liters of fabric softener

Prepare 13 liters of water in a container
Dilute 1 kg of ULTRA SOFT GEL in a water
Add at least 5ml of desired coloring
Mix the solution thoroughly
Add 25ml antifoam
Add 100ml of fragrance retainer
Add 100ml of desired scent
Store in airtight bottles

DISHWASHING LIQUID

Procedure to make 12 liters of pure dishwashing liquid

Prepare 11 litersof water in a container
Add 1kg of dishwashing granules/powder into the water
Add at least 25ml of desired coloring
Mix gradually untilgranules/powder ahas been diluted completely
Add at least 500gm of soduim chloride, then continue mixing
Add at least25ml of anti sebo & 25 ml of bubble enhancer
Add at least 2.5 ml of scent
Store in airtight bottle

HANDWASH Soap Making

PROCEDURE TO MAKE 12 LITERS OF HANDWASH SOAP

Prepare 11 liters of water in a container
Dilute 1 kilo of dishwashing granules in the water
Add at least 25ml of desierd coloring
Mix the solution gradually until the powder has been diluted completely
Add at least300 ml of soduim chloride while mixing
Add at least 25ml anti-sebo & 50 ml of bubble enhancer then mix solution
Add at least 15mlof desired scent
Add at least 25ml of anti bacterial
Store at airtight bottle
